The other day, we were asked what we might tell beginning students insofar as bits of advice on how to improve their game. One of the ways to get better at anything: music, fitness, chess… is to incorporate it into your everyday life in an effortless way. Design is no different. You’re already on the internet and dialed into social media. By upping the design quotient in your Facebook feed, you’ll become a better designer without even trying (or trying too hard). And not only should you absorb, but you should also share by starting your own design blog, tumblr and/or Pinterest page.
